Set E – 5 Scribing and SPRAY MASKING Airbrush STENCIL

77propeller Set E, 5 scribing and masking airbrush stencils

Set E from 77propeller is a set of five flexible plastic stencils (masks) meant for working with an airbrush and for scribing. It is not a kit and not a part of a model but a modeling tool. The stencils are laid on the surface of a model and paint is sprayed through them with an airbrush, creating realistic effects of wear, chipping, fading and mottling. The thin and flexible material can be adapted to curved surfaces and to places that are hard to reach, and the smooth surface of a stencil does not damage the finish of the model.

Use

• Lay the stencil on the place you want and spray paint through it with an airbrush
• Creating effects of chipping, fading and irregular camouflage coverage
• Use as a guide for scribing panel lines and details with a scribing tool
• The stencils can be combined and layered to reach richer effects
• By bending a stencil you reach the effect on curved and less accessible surfaces too

Who the set is for

For modelers who want to speed up and sharpen the weathering and camouflage of aircraft and other models with an airbrush. Suitable for the advanced and for beginners who want to learn to spray effects through a mask.

Clean the stencils with denatured alcohol after use and do not use acetone, which could damage the plastic. Keep out of the reach of children.
