These are modeling tools, specifically a set of shaped sanding sticks of medium size designated by the letter M. It is not a kit or an accessory for a model: it is a workshop aid that serves for sanding, cleaning up and shaping plastic, resin and printed parts. Shaped sanding sticks differ from ordinary flat files in their profile: thanks to the shaped body they reach places where a flat tool will not sit, that is into curves, grooves, concave surfaces and transitions between shapes.
Sand in short strokes in one direction and keep checking whether the surrounding engraving is being lost: as soon as you reach it, move to a finer grit or to wet sanding. Wet sanding pays off on large areas, because the water carries the dust away, the stick does not clog and the surface comes out smoother. On resin and printed parts always work wet or with extraction and with respiratory protection, because their sanding dust is fine and irritating. After sanding, wash and degrease the part, otherwise blotches will show under the paint.
These are tools, not a model. Sanding papers, fillers and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise. Protect your eyes and airways when sanding.
