Splatter Effects Wet Ground 100ml

AK interactive Splatter Effects Wet Ground (100 ml)

An acrylic texture effect from the Spanish brand AK interactive intended for creating splatters of wet soil on vehicle models, dioramas and vignettes. Its consistency makes it easy to pick up on a brush and to splatter finer particles of soil onto the lower parts of a model, the wheels and the running gear. Once dry, a realistic structure of damp earth thrown onto the model remains. It is not a paint or a kit but a consumable weathering material. You govern the extent of the splatter and the size of the particles by how much you pick up and by the distance from the model. The package contains 100 ml.

Use

• Splattering wet soil onto the undersides of hulls, fenders, wheels and tracks of vehicles
• It is laid on by splattering from a brush with a stick, or with a stream of air from an airbrush across a brush
• Thinned with water or acrylic thinner to adjust the flow
• The effect comes out on a smoother base, where it keeps the shape of the particles
• It can be layered and combined with mud effects and texture pastes

Who it is for

For modelers of military and civilian vehicles who want to capture a vehicle in muddy and waterlogged terrain faithfully. The finer grain also suits light dusting and the transition between a clean and a dirty surface. Suitable for advanced modelers and capable beginners.

A water-based acrylic material. Protect your surroundings and your eyes when splattering, wash the brushes with water at once and keep the material out of the reach of children.
