Template oblongs & square STEEL is a photo-etched steel template (stencil) from the Czech maker Eduard with oblong and square openings, used for scribing and marking out shapes accurately on plastic models.

This is a work aid, not a model. The template is made of thin steel etched by the photo-etching process and contains a set of oblong (oval) and square apertures in graduated sizes. You lay it on the surface of the model and the openings serve as accurate guides for scribing panels, openings, hatches and other regular shapes. It is made by Eduard, the Czech specialist in photo-etch and accessory sets based in Obrnice near Most.
Modelers who want to scribe oval and angular details accurately and repeatedly, add missing panel lines or create their own modifications to a body or fuselage will appreciate it. It is not tied to any particular scale or type of model.
This is a modeling tool. Paints, glue and the model are not included in the package.
