This product is not a vehicle kit but a scenic diorama accessory. It is a casting of a palm trunk with the characteristic texture of the bark, which serves as the basis of tropical vegetation in dioramas and on scenic bases. It is supplied unpainted and is completed with a crown of palm leaves as the scene requires.
A palm trunk completes tropical, coastal and desert scenes, for example the battlefields of North Africa or the Pacific. It combines with figures and equipment of various scales, because it has no fixed scale of its own and adapts to the scene around it.
Clean the part and, if need be, sand down the casting marks with your breathing protected. Lay a base color over the bark and bring out the texture by layering brown and ocher tones, with a wash and a dry brush. Complete the crown with palm leaves from scenic materials.
The accessory is supplied unpainted. Paints, materials for the crown and other accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
