U-STAR tungsten micro drill bit 0.9 mm

A single drill bit in tungsten carbide with a diameter of 0.9 mm for modeling work. It is held in a hand pin vise or in a micro drill and cuts precise holes with smooth edges.

Use

  • Drilling holes for pins, pegs and locating rods between parts.
  • Muzzles of gun barrels, exhausts and cooling holes.
  • Mounting grab handles, antennas and photo-etched accessories.
  • Hand drilling in a pin vise or in a small drill at low speed.

Who it is for

For modelers who want clean holes of a slightly larger diameter for firmer joints and for fitting detail. Carbide keeps its edge longer than steel, but it is more brittle.

The bit is hard and at the same time breakable - drill without side pressure and protect your eyes. Keep out of the reach of children.
