The settled dust that gathers over years on ledges and in abandoned rooms is brought by the acrylic paint Lifecolor Deposited Dust for buildings and dioramas.

Dust does not behave like dirt from use. It does not settle at random but patiently and only where nothing disturbs it, on horizontal edges, in corners and on the surfaces nobody has touched for years. The acrylic shade Lifecolor Deposited Dust is built for precisely this quiet type of deposit.
A continuous layer of dust looks like a coat of paint and not like dust. It proves worthwhile to work very finely: to lay down a thin glaze, let it dry and then to strengthen the layer only on the horizontal surfaces dust would really come down on. The vertical walls stay almost clean, with a suggestion of a trace under an edge. A dry brush will catch the sharp edges of masonry well and reveal the texture of the surface that a denser layer would cover.
It is aimed mainly at builders of buildings, ruins and dioramas. In the same range it sits beside shades for brick, plaster, roof tiles, stone and mortar, so a whole palette for one building can be put together and the dust unifies it at the end. It will also serve modelers of vehicles well who want to show a vehicle long laid up rather than just come in from the field.
Keep out of the reach of children, work in a ventilated area and close the bottle carefully after use.
