About product

Tamiya XF-66 Light Grey (23 ml)

A Tamiya acrylic modeling paint in the shade XF-66 Light Grey, that is light gray. The XF line denotes matte (non-gloss) shades. It is a water-based paint of acrylic resin, packed in a glass bottle with a volume of 23 ml. The paint covers well, flows smoothly and mixes easily.

Use

  • It is applied by brush and by airbrush; for spraying, thin it with a suitable thinner (Tamiya X-20A) or with a small amount of water.
  • Light gray suits interiors, lower surfaces and the shades of modern military equipment.
  • Suitable for plastic, resin and other common modeling materials; before it dries, fresh paint can be washed off with water.
  • Apply it in thin coats and let it dry properly, because a matte surface is a good base for a patina and pigments.

Who it is for

For plastic modelers looking for a reliable matte water-based acrylic paint suitable for brush and airbrush alike.

Keep out of the reach of children. Use in a well-ventilated area and avoid contact with the eyes.
