Painting masks MC-21 1:144 (SX-Art)

This set of precisely cut self-adhesive masking films from SX-Art makes painting a model of the modern Irkut MC-21 airliner in 1:144 scale easier. The masks are cut to the shape of the cabin and fuselage windows and of the other areas intended, so the glazing can be covered quickly and with crisp edges and separated cleanly from the paint, without the lengthy taping. It is neither a paint nor a kit, but an aid for painting.

Use

• Peel the masks off the sheet and lay them exactly on the cabin and fuselage windows and the other areas intended.
• Press the edges down so that no paint bleeds under them, and spray with an airbrush.
• Once the paint has dried, remove the masks carefully; crisp, clean edges remain.

Who it is for

• Modelers of airliners who want to mask the windows cleanly.
• Builders who use an airbrush and will appreciate the saving of time compared with tape.

This is a masking aid, not a paint and not a kit. The model and the paints are not included in the package.
