It is not a model or a decal: it is a printed sheet with blue foliage that has no real botanical subject and is intended for fantastical, gaming and science fiction scenes. The name gives two scales, 1:24 as well as 1:35, so according to the manufacturer the sheet is usable in both.
That one sheet covers two scales is usual with vegetation – leaves do not have a fixed size the way a vehicle part does, and the difference between 1:24 and 1:35 is lost in the natural variability of growth. In practice it means that for the smaller scale you use rather the finer leaves from the sheet and for the larger one the big ones. Within a single scene, though, do not mix the sizes at random, otherwise the scale blurs and the scene loses depth.
Blue foliage is a striking element of color and easily overpowers everything else. It therefore pays to match the base to it as well: a cooler tone of terrain, a bluish wash in the shadows and cooler light in a photograph. Leave quiet areas in the scene as well, and the contrast will then stand out more than with a continuous carpet of leaves. Shape the leaves by curving them over an edge, darken the white cut edges with dark blue pastel or acrylic and spray the finished whole with matte clear coat from a distance. A matte surface suits the color and takes the sheen off the print.
