1:24 DECALS FOR ROUTE 66 GAS PUMP (COLOR DECALS)

Decals for a Route 66 gas pump, 1:24 scale

A sheet of color decals from AK Interactive in 1:24 scale, intended for decorating a model of a historic gas pump and dioramas on the theme of the American Route 66. It is not the model of the pump itself - it is an accessory that gives a scene the authentic colored signage that belongs to American filling stations of the golden age of motoring.

Use

• Apply the decals to a glossy, smooth surface - it will prevent silvering.
• Cut the sheet motif by motif and work with lukewarm water.
• Setting solutions for decals make them easier to seat over uneven surfaces.
• Once dry, overcoat with varnish to suit the look you want; fine weathering, scuffs and dust will add credibility.

Who it is for

An accessory for builders of dioramas in 1:24 scale - garages, filling stations and American road scenes to go with car models. Also suitable for modelers who want to lift the credibility of a vignette markedly in one simple step.

The decals are intended for application to a painted surface; the pump itself and other accessories are not included in the package.
