This is a turned metal detail set from the Polish maker Aber, not a model in itself. It contains exhaust tips in 1:24 scale with a hollow, accurately drilled mouth. They replace the plastic tips from the box, which typically have a filled-in, closed end.
The metal tips are fitted onto the end of the exhaust pipe. The hollow, turned mouth looks markedly more realistic than a solid plastic part, and it is one of the first details you notice on a model.
Butt the tip up against the exhaust and glue it on with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Blacken the inside and add a hint of soot, and leave the outside in a metallic or chrome shade.
This is a detail accessory, not a model of a car. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
