A diorama accessory in 1:24 scale, cast from resin. It is not a vehicle kit — it is a standalone fuel dispensing pump of an older cut that gives a scene with a car model its context: a gas pump by the road, the yard of a workshop or a garage scene. It is supplied unpainted, to be finished and painted to your own idea. The detail of the casting matches the premium diorama line, so the accessory stands up even as a standalone display piece on a small base.

Building and painting

• Wash the castings with warm water and dish soap and rid them of the mold release agent
• Cut off the casting blocks with a saw or a cutter and level the surfaces with abrasive paper
• Glue resin with cyanoacrylate glue, as glue for plastic has no effect on it
• Prime with a primer, then paint with an airbrush or a brush
• Create the weathering with a wash in the recesses, with chipped paint and with fine dust at the foot of the dispenser

For builders of dioramas and vignettes with cars in 1:24 scale, collectors of garage scenes and modelers who want to set a finished model into an environment. Working with resin takes a little experience, but the scope is small, so even a moderately advanced modeler will easily pick it up on this accessory.
