This detail set in 1:32 scale from the Czech brand Eduard is not a stand-alone model but an accessory with aircraft ordnance for the Messerschmitt Bf 109E fighter. The set contains bombs and their underslung carrier (the rack) for completing the machine in the fighter-bomber (Jabo) configuration. The parts are executed in resin with fine detail.
The Messerschmitt Bf 109E (Emil) was a German fighter of the beginning of the Second World War. In the fighter-bomber role (Jagdbomber, Jabo) it carried a bomb on a rack under the fuselage, which made it a multipurpose machine used for example during the Battle of Britain.
First wash the mold release residue off the resin parts, cut the casting blocks off carefully and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Protect your airways when sanding resin. The bombs and the rack come out once primer has been sprayed on and a light wash applied.
