An accessory set for 1:32 scale: two BLG-66 Belouga cluster bombs to be carried under a model of a combat airplane.
Responsibility details are not available.
The BLG-66 Belouga is a French cluster bomb. Cluster weapons differ from a conventional bomb in that they carry a larger number of small submunitions in the body and scatter them over the target, so they strike an area instead of a single point. The Belouga was carried by French combat airplanes, among them the Mirage F1, the Mirage 2000 and the Jaguar.
According to the name, the package holds two bombs in 1:32 scale. The scale agrees in the name as well as in the designation, so the set belongs with large airplane models. Additional stores prove their worth above all where a kit offers only a limited choice of underwing loads or where you want to build a machine in a particular combat configuration.
Cut the excess material away with a sharp blade a little way from the part and sand the remaining face down, so that it seats without a gap. Wash and degrease the parts before painting, otherwise the paint will not hold. The right glue and the procedure for attaching them are given in the manufacturer's instructions. It pays to paint stores before you attach them to the model, because once they are hung a brush can hardly reach them.
The airplane kit, paints and glue are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
