A set of HGW self-adhesive masks for a model of the German Fokker D.VII fighter in 1:32 scale. It is neither a model nor a decal — these are pre-cut masks that are stuck onto the parts, oversprayed with paint and peeled off once dry. The result is sharp edges with none of the thickness of a decal.
The Fokker D.VII was a German single-seat fighter deployed in 1918. It is held to be one of the best fighters of the First World War, and after the war the Germans had to surrender it by name under the terms of peace.
The masking set is an aftermarket accessory. The model itself, paints and glue are not included in the package.
