Responsibility details are not available.
A set of wet transfers from HGW with the stencils (technical markings) for the Focke-Wulf Fw 190D-9 aircraft in 1:32 scale. It is not a model of an aircraft and not a part of one, but an accessory with which the small technical inscriptions, warning markings and service data are applied to a finished model. According to the name the set contains the stencils for two aircraft. Check the exact number of the individual motifs and the dimensions of the sheets on the packaging.
Wet transfers differ from ordinary decals in that no glossy carrier film is left on the model. The motif is transferred onto the surface and the carrier layer is then removed, so the result looks like printed or sprayed paint. It is precisely with stencils that this shows most: the small letters stay sharp, but there is no visible rim around them. That does away with the need to hide the edges of a decal laboriously under varnish.
For modelers who build the Fw 190D-9 in the large 1:32 scale and want to complete the surface of the aircraft with the full set of service stencils without visible decal edges. The extent of the stencils for two aircraft makes it possible to deal with two builds, or to have a reserve for repairing a transfer that has gone wrong. The set assumes a certain experience, because working with wet transfers is slower than with ordinary decals.
The set is an accessory. It does not contain a model of the aircraft, paints or varnish.
