An injection-molded plastic kit of the British fighter aircraft Hawker Hurricane in the Mk.IIb version, issued in an MN-hobby box in the large 1:32 scale. The larger scale comes into its own with the amount of detail and rewards painting and marking.
The Hawker Hurricane, together with the Spitfire, was the mainstay of the British fighter force in the Battle of Britain and during the war it served on many fronts — over Europe, in North Africa and in the Far East — in the role of fighter, escort and ground attack aircraft. The Mk.IIb version carried the strengthened armament of twelve 7.7mm machine guns and could carry underwing stores.
Glue the parts with a thin cement for plastic and apply a primer before painting. Finish the cockpit and the interior before closing the fuselage. An airbrush suits the Royal Air Force camouflage schemes; level the sheen under the decals with a gloss varnish and finish the surface with a matte one. Apply the decals over a smooth varnished base.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
