Rumpler C.IV – a photo-etched interior in 1:32 scale from the Czech maker HGW. Brass photo-etch for a faithful rendering of the cockpit of the German two-seat reconnaissance aircraft.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of brass photo-etched parts for detailing the cockpit of the plastic kit of the German two-seat reconnaissance aircraft Rumpler C.IV in 1:32 scale. It is not an airplane model but an interior accessory to be fitted into the matching kit. The photo-etched parts capture the instrument panel, the fittings and other elements of the cabin faithfully.
The Rumpler C.IV was a German two-seat reconnaissance and observation biplane of the First World War, famous for its ability to operate at high altitude out of reach of the fighters of the period. It was powered by a powerful inline engine and its crew consisted of a pilot and an observer with a machine gun.
The photo-etched parts replace and complete the elements of the cockpit of both crew members – the instrument panels, the fittings, the straps and other details. Separate the parts from the fret, bend them accurately and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue. Degrease the surface before painting and apply a base for metal.
This is an accessory, not a kit. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
