This set of figures in 1:35 scale from Master Box holds four soldiers of the American 101st Airborne Division, the Screaming Eagles, of the Second World War. The figures are made of injection-molded polystyrene and are supplied unassembled and unpainted. One of the figures offers several assembly options, so the final composition can be varied slightly.
The 101st Airborne Division was among the best-known units of the American army in the Second World War and took part in the fighting in western Europe from the Normandy landings to the closing operations of 1945. The paratroopers are captured in a dynamic action scene with hand grenades, typical of the infantry combat of the time.
Separate the small parts carefully from the sprues with a sharp knife and dry-fit them before joining them with plastic cement. We recommend a primer coat, painting the shades of the uniform and equipment, and a final weathering with washes and a dry brush to bring out the detail. The figures suit dioramas on a Western Front theme perfectly.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
