A photo-etched detail set from the Czech manufacturer Eduard. It is NOT a model but a set of parts for refining a kit of the British Hawker Tempest Mk.II fighter. It replaces and completes small plastic parts with faithful etched features and raises the level of detail of a model.
Photo-etch with supplementary parts for the given aircraft. The extent and the exact number of parts differ from set to set; some of the parts may be pre-painted.
Separate the parts with a sharp knife, make the bends with a bending tool and glue with cyanoacrylate glue. Carry the smaller parts with tweezers; the details will stand out once brought out with a wash.
This is an accessory to a plastic kit. The model itself, glue and paints are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
