Yahu Models 1:32 Yak-3 early is a pre-painted photo-etched instrument panel for the faithful fitting-out of the cockpit of models of the Soviet fighter.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is not a kit but a finished pre-painted photo-etched instrument panel in 1:32 scale from the manufacturer Yahu Models, in the version for the early standard. The panel is layered from photo-etched sheets with a color print and a backing that imitates the glass of the instruments, so the dials look as though they were under glass. It fits straight into the cockpit in place of the plastic part and needs no painting.
The Yakovlev Yak-3 was a light and exceptionally agile Soviet fighter of the closing stage of the Second World War. Thanks to its low weight and good performance it was among the most maneuverable fighters of the Eastern Front and was popular with pilots for combat at low and medium altitudes.
Separate the panel with a sharp blade and clean it up. It is glued with a small drop of super glue; take care that none runs onto the print. Replace or thin down the plastic panel as needed. Polish the layered panel only lightly, so that the glazing stays glossy.
This is an accessory for a cockpit, not a model in its own right. Neither glue nor the kit is included in the package.
