A set of rounds of 7.5 cm caliber in 1:35 scale for the Kw.K.40 and Stu.K.40 guns with the L/43 and L/48 barrel length.
Responsibility details are not available.
The 7.5 cm Kw.K.40 gun was the main weapon of the later versions of the German medium tank, and its counterpart the Stu.K.40 was mounted in assault guns on the same chassis. The designations L/43 and L/48 do not give the caliber but the length of the barrel in multiples of the caliber: the longer L/48 barrel gave the projectile a higher muzzle velocity and better penetrating power. The rounds of both guns belong to the same family, which is why one set covers both barrel lengths.
This is an ammunition set in 1:35 scale, that is, an accessory for a scene or for an open fighting compartment. The rounds will serve laid out in stowage bins, leaned against the wall of the fighting compartment, handed over by a loader, or simply as empty cases thrown down beside a vehicle. These are the small things that give a scene more action than another large part would.
Try the parts dry first and think over how many of them will be visible, and only then set them in place. Before painting, wash them in lukewarm soapy water and degrease them. Choose the glue according to the material of the parts: cement for polystyrene holds only on polystyrene, and for other materials use cyanoacrylate or epoxy. Cut the surplus material away with a sharp blade a little away from the part and sand the rest off. Distinguishing the case and the projectile by color is worth the work, because it is exactly the contrast between them which makes the ammunition recognizable at first glance.
An ammunition set is supplied. The model of the vehicle, the crates, paints and glue are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
