This is a resin detail set, not a vehicle kit. It contains a set of barrel cleaning rods as they were stowed on the StuG III Ausf. F assault gun. The fine resin parts offer a faithful shape of the rods and their clamps, which on plastic kits tends to be coarse or simplified.
Stowed cleaning rods are a conspicuous feature on the hull or superstructure of German vehicles. Faithful parts refine the look of a model and complete a vehicle where the base kit does not contain them or renders them in simplified form.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts and separate them from the supports carefully, as they are long and thin. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue) and protect your airways while sanding. Bring out the metal parts with a dry brush.
