Responsibility details are not available.
A set of scale ammunition in 1:35 scale from AFV Club. It is not a kit of a vehicle or of a weapon but a standalone accessory — a collection of rounds and cartridge cases for the short tank gun of 7.5 cm caliber with a barrel 24 calibers long. The set serves to finish off an interior, ammunition bins or a diorama scene.
The short gun of 7.5 cm caliber with a barrel 24 calibers long was the typical main armament of the early versions of German vehicles of the Second World War, for example the first series of the Panzer IV medium tank and of the StuG III assault gun. Its ammunition was used mostly for firing at soft targets and for artillery support of the infantry.
Carefully separate the small parts from the sprue gates and clean them up. Paint the cartridge cases and the noses separately — the brass shade of the cases and the color coding of the noses will heighten the realism. The set shows to good effect in an open ammunition bin or laid out in a scene.
This is a standalone scale modeling accessory. Paints, glue and the base model are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
