This is a detailed conversion set in 1:35 scale, not a stand-alone model. It contains metal and photo-etched parts that replace or complete the plastic rendering of the M2HB heavy machine gun of 12.7 mm (.50) caliber. The set makes it possible to build the machine gun in the tripod version as well as on an anti-aircraft mount.
The M2HB Browning is an American heavy machine gun of 12.7 mm caliber that has served from the Second World War to this day. You will find it on tanks, armored vehicles and trucks of many armed forces. It is precisely this that tends to be the prominent detail by which a carefully built model is recognized.
Separate the photo-etched parts carefully from the fret, bend them over an edge and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Degrease the metal and photo-etched parts and treat them with a primer before painting. Fine washes and drybrushing will bring out the barrel jacket and the controls.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package.
