1:35 Russian MBT T-90 is a Quickwheel masking set for the road wheels of the T-90 tank. The set is cut for the kit from Zvezda and separates the rubber tire band from the rim while spraying.

The set holds self-adhesive masks cut to the shape of the road wheels of the T-90 tank. It is not a kit or a resin replacement — the masks merely mark out the area that is to stay in the rubber shade, while the rest of the wheel takes the vehicle color. The cut matches the wheels from the kit by Zvezda.
The most common reason masked wheels do not come off well is not a bad cut but a slight shift of the film during the work. It arises in three ways: from the stream of air out of the airbrush aimed at a slant under the edge, from handling the part in your fingers, and from grease on the surface, on which a mask does not hold. The answer is to leave the wheels on the sprue or spiked on a skewer, so they need not be touched, to spray square to the surface from a sensible distance, and to degrease the surface before sticking anything down. It also helps to press the mask down around the circumference for a few seconds once it is on — the adhesive is activated by pressure, not by time.
The package contains masks only. The kit, paints and thinners are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
