A set of self-adhesive painting masks from the Czech maker Eduard in 1:35 scale. The pre-cut masks help you separate the rubber tire bands of the wheels cleanly from their hubs, so that the paint creates a crisp transition without laborious covering up. This is an accessory which is applied to the parts of the base kit, not a model in its own right; the kit has to be obtained separately.
The Sd.Kfz.10/5 was a German light half-track tractor of the Second World War carrying the 2cm Flak 38 anti-aircraft gun. The form with an armored driver's cab protected the crew and the engine compartment during deployment close to the front. The vehicle gave units on the march mobile air defense.
Stick the masks onto cleaned and degreased parts, press the edges down carefully and apply the paint in thin coats. Once dry, take the masks off carefully. For a faithful look, a matte period base complemented with weathering proves itself.
