This is not a model of the vehicle but a masking accessory. The masks stick onto the wheel and separate the face of the rim from the tire, so you can spray the two parts separately and with a sharp edge. The set is cut for the wheels from the 1:35 scale Steyr Type 1500 kit by Bronco.
On wheeled vehicles the shade of the rim is not a given and deserves some thought before you stick the mask down. The most common and the safest answer is a rim in the base shade of the vehicle — that is how a wheel fitted at the factory, or resprayed along with the whole truck, looks. The second option is a rim set apart from the body, which helps when you do not want the running gear to merge optically into one mass on the model. The intended setting plays its part too: on a vehicle in a light winter finish the wheels are the parts most affected by abrasion, so the original shade usually shows through on them more than on the hood, and on a vehicle in the field a good share of the rim will be swallowed up by dust and mud anyway. Always derive the particular shade from the scheme you are building, though, rather than from a general rule — more conjecture than documented evidence circulates about wheel colors, and a mask by contrast lets you lay the shade you have chosen down precisely and without compromise.
Spray the darker tire shade over the whole wheel first, then mask and spray the rim. Work in thin coats and take the mask off once the paint has flashed off.
