Responsibility details are not available.
This injection-molded plastic kit in 1:35 scale from Hobby Boss captures the Soviet T-37TU light amphibious command tank. The version was fitted with a radio set and the characteristic frame (hoop) antenna. The package holds photo-etched parts and individual track links. The model is supplied as a set of parts to be assembled and painted.
The T-37A was the first series-built fully amphibious tank in the world, growing out of the design of the British Vickers tankette, and it entered production in 1932. The T-37TU command conversion was given a radio set and a frame antenna led around the hull, so that unit commanders could direct companies of amphibious tanks. The vehicles served the Red Army in the prewar period and in the first years of the Second World War.
Assemble the individual track links patiently and we recommend painting them separately. Finish the running gear and the interior before closing the hull. Glue the plastic with thin modeling cement and the photo-etched parts with cyanoacrylate glue. An airbrush and a base coat have proved themselves; you will bring the Soviet green to life with a wash and dust pigments on the running gear.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
