Responsibility details are not available.
A resin kit in 1:35 scale from LZ models, intended for experienced modelers. It represents the American LeTourneau engineer field compaction roller used for firming up soil while field roads and airfields were being built. The model is made up of cast resin parts.
The earthmoving and construction machines of the American firm R. G. LeTourneau played a substantial part in Allied engineer work during the Second World War. The field compaction roller served to firm up the base while roads, runways and crossings were being built; it was usually towed behind a tractor or a bulldozer. It was a typical piece of engineer support equipment that appears in model form only rarely.
Wash the mold release agent off the resin parts and cut off the casting blocks. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue); protect your airways while sanding. Apply a primer and spray the shades with an airbrush. A working machine suits pronounced mud and dust effects, washes and pigments on the roller as well as the chassis.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
