1:35 US Maps Normandy

US Maps of Normandy 1:35 (ETA Diorama)

The set contains digitally printed paper maps of American origin relating to Normandy, reduced to 1:35 scale. ETA Diorama focuses on faithful diorama accessories with quality printing and historical accuracy. It is not a kit or resin but a printed detail that gives a scene context and a story.

What the accessory is for

The maps bring command posts, tables, the hoods of vehicles and the hands of figures studying the situation to life. They help tell the story of a scene and set it in a particular operation. The drawing and the lettering are printed legibly and in the matching scale.

Usage tips

Cut the map out and, for realistic folds, fold it or crumple it lightly, or dampen it and shape it over the surface. Fix it with a thin PVA glue. Tone the edges and knock the surface back with a flat clear coat so that the paper does not shine. A light wash gives the map a worn look.
