This is not a vehicle model but a detailed resin set of accessories from Eureka XXL. The set holds faithful castings of American fuel jerrycans of the Second World War period. It serves to load vehicles, to fill dioramas and to liven up store or camp scenes in 1:35 scale.
Jerrycans are one of the most rewarding details on wartime vehicles: they add credibility to vehicles and to a diorama alike. The American pressed can with its characteristic shape and seams is a typical accessory of Allied vehicles on the Western Front. The castings have a clean texture and are ready to glue on and paint.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts and cut them from the casting blocks. Glue with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Wear respiratory protection while sanding. The cans come out well after a primer, paint, chipping on the edges and a light dust patina; slightly different shades on the individual pieces add variety too.
It is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the vehicle are not included in the package.
