The package holds photo-etched brass parts, not a plastic kit of the tank. They serve to replace and supplement parts on a model you already own. Voyager Model is a Chinese manufacturer of photo-etched aftermarket sets for military subjects, mostly in 1:35 scale. The parts are developed for the Zvezda 3646 kit, so on another kit the fit may differ.
The Tiger I was a German heavy tank deployed from 1942, armed with an 88 mm gun. The vehicle went through a series of changes during production, so the early, mid and late machines differ in many details. The early configuration had, among other things, a different arrangement of the filter extensions, a different type of commander's cupola and a specific layout of the tools and clamps on the hull. Photo-etched sets therefore always correspond to a particular production period and have to be paired with the right version of the kit.
Never break photo-etched parts out with your fingers. Lay the fret on a hard smooth surface, ideally on glass or a metal plate, and separate the part with vertical pressure from a sharp scalpel right at the tab. Then level the remains of the tab with a fine file or abrasive paper, working away from the part, so that the sheet does not bend. On very small parts it is safer to use fine photo-etch scissors and to work over a dish, from which a cut part will not roll away under the table. Before you start gluing, check against the light that the part is flat.
