A detail cockpit set for the AH-64A Apache attack helicopter in 1:48 scale from the Czech maker Aires. This resin accessory replaces the basic cockpit interior of a plastic kit with a more faithful, finely detailed assembly: the tandem stations of the pilot and the gunner, instrument panels, seats and controls.
The AH-64A Apache is an American two-seat attack helicopter with the crew seated in tandem, one behind the other. It is fitted with a pair of turboshaft engines and was designed as heavily armed all-weather support for ground forces.
Wash the resin parts to remove mold release residue, cut off the casting blocks carefully and bond them with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Protect your airways while sanding. The interior comes into its own once it is painted and the details are lightly brought out with a wash.
This is a resin accessory for a kit, not a model. The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted; the base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
