An injection-molded plastic kit of the carrier version of the Messerschmitt Bf-109T in 1:48 scale from the A&A Models brand. It is a modern tooling with finely engraved detail, supplemented with photo-etched parts and masking templates for the glazing. In the package you will also find a cabin option for the open and the closed state and decals for a total of five color schemes.
The Bf-109T was the naval adaptation of the Messerschmitt Bf-109 fighter intended for the planned German aircraft carrier Graf Zeppelin. It was based on the Bf-109E version, received extended wings for a shorter takeoff, a strengthened structure, an arrestor hook and catapult attachment points. Because the ship was never completed, the machines were converted and operated from land bases, among other places in the northern regions.
Use thin modeling cement on the plastic parts and attach the fine photo-etched parts with super glue. Help the glazing with the masks from the package, apply a primer and spray the colors with an airbrush. The intricate masking of the upper surfaces can be managed with the templates or with liquid mask.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
