This is a cast resin accessory from SBS Model, not an aircraft kit. The set replaces the plastic propellers on a model of the British twin-engine bomber Bristol Blenheim in 1:48 scale, for models of this type. It contains two complete propellers with faithfully shaped blades. The set is cut for the Airfix kit.
The Bristol Blenheim was a British twin-engine bomber and night fighter in wide service in the early years of the Second World War. It was powered by Bristol Mercury radial engines with three-blade propellers.
First wash the resin parts in lukewarm water with detergent to remove mold release residue. Cut the casting gates off with a saw or a knife and sand the surfaces with respiratory protection. Glue them only with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Apply a primer before painting for good adhesion.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
