A resin set of four wing-mounted aircraft machine guns Browning .50 caliber Wing Mounted in 1:48 scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
The set contains four resin models of the American Browning .50 caliber (12.7 mm) aircraft machine gun in the version for mounting in the wings. It is a detail accessory, not an aircraft kit; it replaces coarser plastic parts and increases the accuracy of a model in 1:48 scale. The four pieces in the package match the typical wing battery of American fighters.
The Browning .50 caliber was the main offensive armament of American fighters of the Second World War, usually mounted several to a wing. The castings have the barrels, the cooling jackets and the mounting details rendered in full.
Wash the resin parts free of mold release agent, separate the casting blocks and join them with super glue (cyanoacrylate); sand with respiratory protection. A base color, metallic shades and fine highlighting work well.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package.
