AML Curtiss H75A-1 and MS-406C.1 (1:48) is a decal sheet with period French markings for two prewar fighters.
Responsibility details are not available.
This decal sheet from AML in 1:48 scale brings period markings for two French fighters - the Curtiss H75A-1 (Hawk) and the Morane-Saulnier MS.406C.1. It is not a kit but an accessory meant to improve plastic models of those types. The sheet makes it possible to build machines with authentic national markings, codes and, where applicable, unit insignia.
The set focuses on French Air Force finishes of the turn of the 1930s and 1940s. The decals include national markings, tactical numbers and additional insignia. The exact number of schemes and their placement are given in the enclosed instructions.
Apply the decals onto a smooth, glossy and clean painted base, ideally onto a color coat protected by gloss varnish. Decal softeners and setting solutions help them settle perfectly onto the surface and into the engraved lines. Once dry, overcoat the whole model with matte or semi-gloss varnish, which blends the decals into the surface.
This is a decal accessory, not a kit. The model, paints and varnish are not included in the package.
