The Hawk is a British jet trainer that first flew in 1974. It serves for the advanced training of pilots and also as a light combat and reserve fighter aircraft with a number of air arms around the world; it is also well known from the displays of the Red Arrows aerobatic team. The Hawk 67 version was delivered to South Korea and is tailored to its requirements. Thanks to its good flying qualities and low operating costs the Hawk is among the most successful trainers in its class.
Use liquid cement for plastic and work in subassemblies. Finish and paint the two-seat cockpit before closing the fuselage, and mask the glazed canopy. Apply a primer before painting and spray the colors with an airbrush. Training schemes suit deep gloss colors, which are best sealed with a clear coat compatible with the paint used so that the decals settle well.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
