An Expert set of masking stencils for the Heinkel He 111 H-6 in 1:48 scale from New Ware. The extended version of the kabuki masks for more complete masking of the glazing and other areas of the bomber.
Responsibility details are not available.
An extended set of accurately cut masking stencils in fine Japanese kabuki tape from New Ware. Compared with the Basic range, the Expert version offers a greater extent of masking - besides the divided glazing it allows for further areas of the model, so you can prepare for spraying more thoroughly and with a minimum of trimming by hand. The thin material sits well even on rounded surfaces and leaves no adhesive behind once peeled off.
The Heinkel He 111 was a twin-engine medium bomber, one of the most used machines of the Luftwaffe in the Second World War. The H-6 version with Junkers Jumo 211 engines was among the most widespread and also operated as a carrier of aerial torpedoes. The fully glazed nose with no separate windscreen is the most demanding area to mask on the model - and that is exactly where good stencils pay off most.
Move the stencils with tweezers, seat them to the shape of the frames and press the edges down carefully. Spray thin coats: first the interior color of the frames, then the outer camouflage. Once dry, peel the masks off gently - the edges will stay crisp and the clear areas clean.
This is a masking accessory - the aircraft kit itself is not included in the package.
