Hydra 70 is an American family of unguided rockets of 70 millimeter (2.75 inch) caliber, fired from tubular pods. In the marking role the rockets carry a smoke warhead to mark targets. The system was and still is used by a number of American combat aircraft and helicopters.
It is a resin set for experienced modelers. First wash the mold release residue off the parts, carefully cut off the casting blocks and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Protect your airways while sanding. The set does not contain an aircraft model or its pylons; it is an accessory for arming a finished model. The pods come out best with an olive or gray base; bring out the faces of the tubes with a fine highlight and a patina of exhaust soot.
The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted; it is a resin accessory for a model. Glue, paints and the base model are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
