E.E. Lightning F.2A/F.6 1:48 masking set (BASIC) from the Czech workshop New Ware: die-cut kabuki tape masks for spraying the glazing and the wheels. The masks are cut to the Airfix kit.

A self-adhesive masking set made of fine Japanese kabuki tape, shaped by a precise machine die-cut. It makes masking the glazing faster and more accurate when airbrushing. It is intended for models of the British English Electric Lightning F.2A and F.6 interceptor in 1:48 scale.
The basic level of the set covers the canopy glazing and the other clear parts from the outside plus the wheel discs. The ideal choice when you only want to mask the transparent areas quickly and cleanly before spraying.
First degrease the glazing and dry it. Lift the masks off the sheet with tweezers, lay them on the part and press them down carefully all the way around, so that no paint runs under the edge. Spray in thin coats and once the paint has dried, remove the masks carefully with the point of a knife or with tweezers. Kabuki tape can be shaped into curves, holds its shape and leaves no adhesive behind.
This is a masking accessory, not a model. The kit itself, paints and glue are not included in the package.
