Decals for the Mi-24V/D Eagle killers in 1:48 scale, a sheet from the Hungarian manufacturer HAD models with the markings of Mi-24 attack helicopters of the Hungarian Air Force.
Responsibility details are not available.
A decal sheet from the Hungarian manufacturer HAD models intended for models of the Mil Mi-24 attack helicopter in the V and D versions in 1:48 scale. The set carries the markings of Hungarian Air Force machines associated with the nickname Eagle killers, which the Hungarian Mi-24 crews earned at an international air exercise. The decals are applied in the classic water-slide way and serve as an accessory for a kit, which is not included in the package.
The Mil Mi-24 is a Soviet-designed attack helicopter that combines fire support with the ability to carry a small squad in a cargo cabin. The Mi-24D version and the more modern Mi-24V differ from each other above all in the guidance system of the anti-tank guided missiles and in the equipment of the crew cabin. The Hungarian Air Force operated both versions for many years and its crews took part with them regularly in international exercises.
Prepare the surface of the model with gloss clear, so that no air is left under a decal. Soak the decal briefly in lukewarm water, move it onto the model and squeeze the water out with a soft cloth. For it to bed perfectly into the engraved lines, use a decal softener, and once dry overcoat the whole surface with a final clear of the degree of sheen you want.
This is an accessory: the helicopter model itself, glue and paints are not included in the package.
