An injection-molded plastic kit of the Pz.Kpfw.V Panther medium tank in 1:56 scale (roughly 28 mm) from the licensed World of Tanks range by Italeri. The set is conceived as a simplified quick-build kit with fewer parts, suited to gaming and collecting alike. The smaller scale and the easy build make it an approachable entry into plastic modeling.
The Panther was a German medium tank used from 1943. It combined a powerful 75 mm gun with a long barrel, sloped armor and reasonably good mobility. It was one of the best-known armored vehicles of the closing stage of the Second World War and became the subject of many models and game vehicles.
Separate the parts from the sprues with a knife and clean up the joints. Use thin modeling cement for the plastic. Apply a primer before painting; an airbrush makes an even coat easier. A patina and accentuated details come from washes and pigments.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
