A turned metal refueling probe boom for the Dassault Mirage IV in 1:72 scale from MASTER. An accurate replacement part, not an aircraft kit.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a turned metal detail part from the Polish maker MASTER, the boom for refueling in flight (the refueling probe boom) on a model of the French Dassault Mirage IV strategic bomber in 1:72 scale. It is not a model of an aircraft but a more accurate replacement for the plastic part.
The Mirage IV was a French supersonic strategic bomber and the carrier of the nuclear armament of the airborne deterrent force. The in-flight refueling probe extended the range of the aircraft on long missions.
Cut off the original plastic probe and clean up the surface. Seat the metal part and fix it with cyanoacrylate. Apply a primer before painting so that the metal holds the paint. Leave the fitting for the end of the build.
The accessory is supplied unpainted. Paints, glue and the base model are not included in the package.
