2. Halifax B.Mk.III. 171 Sqn, 100 Special Duties Group (RCM), RAF 6Y-E (MZ 971).

3. Halifax B.Mk.III Unit: 78 Sqn, 4 Group, RAF. Serial: EY-G (MZ426) Breighton, Yorks, UK.

4. Halifax Mk. lll "Fangs of Fire" 420 Sqn. Serial Number LV 953. Coded PT-F was delivered to No. 431 Squadron on 22 March 1944.

5. Halifax MZ296 of 466 Squadron depicted on 24 August 1944 as she was for her final 466 operation to Brest on this date. Known as Lili Marlene and coded HD L at this time (previously HD R).
