This is not an aircraft model but a resin accessory for more experienced modelers. The set reproduces the onboard life raft (inflatable dinghy) that was carried in the fuselage of the German Junkers Ju 88A bomber. The resin casting captures the fine details of the stowed raft that injection-molded plastic reaches only with difficulty. The accessory is intended for Junkers Ju 88A models in 1:72 scale.
You can use the raft to complete the equipment of the fuselage, for an open scene with the crew, or as a separate detail for an aviation display case or a diorama on the theme of a ditching.
Wash the part free of mold release agent, cut off the casting block and clean up the surfaces. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate); do the sanding with respiratory protection. Apply a primer before painting and then the base shades; a fine wash to bring out the detail benefits the structure.
This is a resin accessory, not a model in its own right. The paints, the glue and the target model are not included in the package.
