The model is supplied to be glued and painted. The number of parts, the contents of the box and the number of decal options are stated on the box.
The Bradley family covers two basic branches: the infantry fighting vehicle and the cavalry vehicle designated M3, which instead of an infantry squad carries a smaller scout crew and a larger ammunition supply. The M3A2 version is one of the upgraded forms, and the abbreviation ODS refers to a package of modifications introduced on the basis of experience from the fighting in the Persian Gulf, which brought above all improved navigation, observation and communication equipment. The explosive reactive armor tiles on the sides of the hull and on the turret increase protection against shaped-charge munitions and at the same time markedly change the silhouette of the vehicle. The basic armament consists of a 25 mm automatic cannon and a launcher for anti-tank guided missiles.
Build the explosive reactive armor tiles carefully and at exact spacings, because it is they that set the character of the model and any inaccuracy shows at a glance. Finish the running gear before the hull is closed. Glue the plastic with a thin cement. After a primer an airbrush and a uniform desert or green finish work well, over which a fine wash and a dry dusty weathering around the running gear and the fenders come next.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
