New Ware Ryan L-17 A/B Navion BASIC 1:72 are accurate self-adhesive painting masks for clean masking of the cockpit and the clear parts of a model.
Responsibility details are not available.
A basic set of accurate self-adhesive masks in thin washi (kabuki) tape from New Ware. It makes it possible to mask the cockpit glazing and the main clear parts of a model quickly and cleanly before spraying. The tape copies the rounded glazing exactly, holds on the edges and leaves no adhesive residue once lifted. The BASIC level concentrates on the basic masking of the cockpit.
The Ryan L-17 Navion was a light single-engined all-metal aircraft with a four-seat cabin. It grew out of a civil type originally designed by North American and later built by the Ryan company. The US Army used it in the L-17A form and the improved L-17B from the end of the 1940s to the beginning of the 1960s for liaison, reconnaissance and observation duties.
For modelers who want to mask the extensive glazing of the Navion reliably without cutting tape by hand and for whom the basic extent of the BASIC level is enough.
These are painting masks, not a model. The paints, the glue and the kit are not included in the package.
